Online training
We appreciate training with a coach 1:1 isn't always possible. Whether it’s travel, a busy schedule, finances or other, online training enables you to bypass all those reasons whilst receiving the guidance of a coach. It will still be a personal service as we schedule in a number of Skype/Facetime calls to keep track of your progress. If you are able to make the journey to the gym we can even offer to measure your body fat as and when you're available.
To get you started, we’d like to get as much information about you as possible in order to make this a tailored experience. You will fill in a consultation and personal assessment form to determine your level of training, your goals as well as your likes and dislikes to structure training and meal plans. Everything is programmed for you, from your weight training, to your cardio, to your rest days, no stone goes unturned to ensure you get everything you need to reach your goal.
Online training does of course, provide great value for money compared to training in person. It allows you to workout in complete convenience whilst still having someone on hand to ensure you remain accountable throughout your training.
